We understand that in order to provide the most relaxing, enjoyable experience possible, we must provide you with the health protection you deserve. Here are the sanitary and hygiene practices that our guests come to expect from us when visiting creativTouch.

Sterilized and Sealed Metal Implements

All of our tools are sterilized in an autoclave after each and every service. Under extreme heat and steam pressure, an autoclave completely sterilizes and eliminates 100% of bacteria that can cause serious health problems. The tools are then sealed in individual sterilization pack, and be opened at the start of your service. This is the same equipment used by dentists and surgeons to sterilize their tools.

One Time Use of Disposable Manicure Kit

All of our disposable kits including nail file, sanding block, and manicure stick are brand new and use once per customer’s visit. At the end of each visit, customers have the option to take it with them, or the kit will be disposed of.

Hand Washing and Sanitization

To ensure the safety or our customers, at the beginning of each service, our customer and nail technician are requested to wash their hands with either soap and water, or liquid sanitizer to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.

On Going Disinfecting Sink, Table, and Pedicure Chair

After each service, our manicure table and pedicure tubs are thoroughly disinfected using hospital grade solution.

Special Health Considerations

UV Protection

Gel Polish is specifically formulated to keep polish last longer on your natural nails. UV light to cure the polish on your nails. Many studies have indicated that the UV exposure is very minimal; however, at creativTouch, we apply UV protected sunscreen (Hypoallergenic and PABA free) on our client’s hands to protect our client. We also use state-of-the-art LED UV Light system to cure Gel in 30 seconds and minimize our client's exposure to UV.

Special Health Concerns

If you have a special health condition or concern, please let us know! Leave your hands and feet to us. We'll take extra special care of them. Whether it is diabetes, circulatory issues, or you have a baby on the way, we'll do everything we can to adjust our service to ensure your safety and comfort.
